Wilma Frances Reed, 83, passed away Saturday, April 29, 2023, at her residence. She was born on April 5, 1940, to Roy and Lorene Stanley Hulsey. She was a devoted member of Parkway Baptist Church in Tupelo before her health made it difficult to attend. She retired from the National Soil (Resources) Conservation Service. She was a devoted and loving Mother and Grandmother, and loved shopping, flowers, and the beach.

Memorial Services will at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 4, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Brother Terry Paul Graham officiating.

Survivors include one daughter, Alison West, of Tupelo; one granddaughter, Katie West Oswalt (Jon Ryan) of West Point; two great-grandchildren, Finn and Rosalia, of West Point; two nephews, Jeff Cummings (Betty) of Tupelo, and Rick Cummings (Jennifer) of Mantachie; one great-niece, Laura Cummings of Denver, CO; and two nephews, Jon Cummings of Tupelo, and Jeffrey Cummings (Jessica) of Foreman, AR.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Nita Cummings, and her parents.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Tupelo- Lee Humane Society and to Lebonheur Children's Hospital.

Visitation will be Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
