FULTON - Wanda Ruth Harper, 71, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at The Meadows. She was born May 26, 1947, in Birmingham, AL, to Cecil Ray and Juanita Alexander Harper. She was a Banking Delivery Courier during her working years. She was her daughter's light at her darkest times, and she adored her grand-son and her son-in-law, whom she considered a son.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a. m. Saturday, April 6, 2019, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Joseph Jones officiating.

Survivors include one daughter, Helen D. Whitten (David); one precious grandson, Justin W. Whitten; two brothers, Michael D. Harper of Fulton, and Charles W. Harper of Tampa, FL; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by one son, Fred L. Donaldson; her parents; and a host of other family members.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a. m. until service time Saturday, April 6, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
