HOULKA - Shirley Ann Stone Adams, 73, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020, at her home. She was born November 26, 1947, in Wynne, Arkansas, to Hershel and Gena Dell Jarrell Stone. She retired after 40 years with CKB Tax Appraisals. She enjoyed flower gardening, hummingbirds, fishing, and genealogy. She dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she all nicknamed.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 30, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Randy Clark officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include three sons, Jimmie Jarrell Adams (Corlina) of Houlka, Gary Alan Adams (Fara) and Jason Lee Adams (Allison), both of Mantachie; nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; three sisters, Sharon Conley and Cindy Raye, both of Houlka, and Billie Lane of Dixon, TN; and two half-brothers, Hershel Stone, Jr., of Florida and Wayne Stone of North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Jimmie Garland Adams, on October 15, 2019; her father, Hershel Stone; and her mother, Gena Dell Jarrell Bolton.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.
