Sharon Kay Painter, 73, passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2021, at her home. She was born August 23, 1948, in Gorham, Illinois, to Eamil and Audrey Sickler Law. She was a social worker for Daniel Nursing Home for several years. She enjoyed going to yard sales, sewing, and being around her grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at the Plainview Church of Christ. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is assisting the family.

Survivors include one son, Shawn Evans (Tina) of Fulton; four grandchildren, Shane Evans (Abby) and Shannon Evans (Macey) , both of Mantachie, Alex Franks (Nicole) of Fulton, and Allison Franks of Pigeon Forge, TN; four great grandchildren; eight brothers and sisters; host of nieces and nephews and other family members

She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy Painter; one daughter, Shelia Moore; one granddaughter, Erica McGahey; four siblings, Gary law, Dale Law, Diane Conroy, and DeLoise Conroy; and her parents.
