Reda Fern Swindle, 83, passed away on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at her home in Golden. She was born February 7, 1940, to Grant and Madeline Holbrook Lynch. She enjoyed scrapbooking, crafts, dancing, and yard sales. She enjoyed life to the fullest and especially enjoyed her grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life service will be at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24, at "The Shop" at her home, 2971 Antioch Church Road, Golden, with Bro. Andy Black officiating. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include four children, Lloyd Swindle (Allison Miller), Lynn Grady (Tony), Mary Cantrell (Ray), Dale Swindle (Melissa); one brother, Roy Lynch; three sisters, Lynnetta Lynch , Diana Lynch, and Marlene Lynch; thirteen grandchildren, Alan Grady (Jackie), Lee Grady (Erin), Brandi Abbott (Derek), Shrea Tyra (Joey), Jonathon Allison (Aarika), Casey Swindle, Haley Holloway (Jacob) , Braxton Cantrell, Brandon Cantrell, Levi Cantrell, Rosalie Cantrell, Abri Cantrell, and Annabelle Cantrell; fifteen great grandchildren, Chandler Wood, Brody Tyra, Dalton Tyra, Breanna Abbott, Grayson Abbott, Draven Allison, Zayden Allison, Lane Tyra, Colt Tyra, Raelyn Tyra, Jasper Grady, Louisa Holloway, Liam Holloway, Morgan Grady, and Bronson Grady.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Swindle; four brothers, Glen Lynch, David Lynch, John Lynch, and James Lee Lynch; and her parents.
