SALTILLO - Nell Alice Spearman, 77, passed away Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the North Mississippi Medical Center Hospice Unit.  She was born October 8, 1946, in Saltillo to Earnest Lee and Velma Lee Parker Spearman.   She was a homemaker and loved her cats and dogs.

Visitation will be Saturday, March 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.  Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include her brother, Garvin Wesley Spearman (Linda) of Saltillo; one niece, Kim Sandlin of Saltillo; and one nephew, Terry Dykes of New Albany.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Oma Lee Murphree and Eva Mae Webb; and one nephew, Michael Dykes.
