GOLDEN - Bettie Lorine "Lori" Greffey, 73, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. She was born July 2, 1949, to Marvin Edward and Lizzie Christian Brazile. She was a member of the Golden Central Baptist Church in Golden, MS. She and her husband were self-employed long haul truck drivers and traveled together from coast to coast. She enjoyed being around her family, especially her grandchildren.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 30, at the Golden Central Baptist Church with Bro. Jarod Grimes officiating. Burial will be in the Sandy Springs Cemetery. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home of Fulton is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include her husband, Joe Greffey of Golden; one son, Paul Anthony Underwood of Ashland, Ohio; one daughter, Lee Ann Gann (Dennis) of Dennis; two brothers, Jerry Brazile of Fulton and Garry Brazile of Arkansas; one sister, Cathy Brazile of New Albany; nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, Edward James Morrison and Michael Wayne Morrison; one sister, Sally Ann Bates; and her parents.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at Golden Central Baptist Church.
