Kathleen "Kathy" Joan Anderson, 76, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Amory. She was born June 14, 1949, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, to Reginald and Ruth Hillman Otte. She worked at Mueller Brass Industries and was a home maker for most all her life. She enjoyed camping, and cooking for her family, and being around her family, especially her grandchildren. She loved supporting her favorite bowling teams. She was a Baptist.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, February 9, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Terry Benton officiating.

Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Jerry Anderson; two daughters, Cindy Hurd (David Mann) of Mantachie and Marie Ritter (John) of Amory; one sister, Nancy Zuidema of Goldendale, WA; one brother, Kenneth Otte of Hurley, WI; twelve grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Sharlet Larson; and her parents.

Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
