FULTON - Justin Alan "Buddy" Smith, 35, passed away Friday, January 5, 2024, in Fulton. He was born June 7, 1988, to Douglas Paul and Dinah Joann Johnson Smith. He was a graduate of Mantachie High School.  Buddy currently worked for Sunshine Homes and had previously worked at Monotech and Maxx Homes. He served in the U.S. Army. Buddy enjoyed boxing, fishing, and especially being around his family.

Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 7, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton.

Survivors include his daughter, Keyleigh Smith; his father, Douglas P. Smith; one brother, Jason Smith; his grandmother, Esther Mae Johnson; and a host of extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dinah Johnson Smith; his maternal grandfather, Johnny Johnson; and his paternal grandparents, Douglas Paul and Shirley Ann Smith.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Sunday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
