PEACEFUL VALLEY - June McMillen, 69, left this walk of life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on May 10, 2019. June belonged to Kennedy's Chapel Church. She loved gospel music and being around God's people. She worked as a caregiver for many years. Her favorite hobbies were going to yard sales and thrift stores and talking on the telephone. She loved picking at people and being picked back at and had special names for some people. She really enjoyed life for the 69 years God blessed her with.

A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Monday, May 13, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Joseph Jones and Bro. Bill Adams officiating. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.

She is survived by her husband of 36 years, Eddie "Mack" McMillen of Peaceful Valley; two sons, Chris Franks (Jennifer "Pooh" Sullivan) of the Carolina community and Mark McMillen of Peaceful Valley; three grandchildren, Dameon McMillen, Madison McMillen, and William McMillen; one brother, Wig Franks (Jeannine) of Mantachie; one sister, Donna Upton (Stanley) of Fulton; five brothers-in-law, Bobby Russell, Donnie Painter, Frank McMillen, David McMillen, and Ricky McMillen; a sister-in-law, Gartha Creekmore; a special cousin, Joyce Ann Gatlin; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, W.C. and Lois Franks; two sisters, Willene Russell and Nelda Painter; one brother, Jimmy Mike Franks; and a very special friend, Joyce Miller.

Pallbearers will be Jed Moore, Marc Russell, Zack Chism, Hunter Chism, Mikeal Franks, and Derrick Franks.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday, May 12, at the funeral home.
