Jessie Gail Osborn, 69, passed away on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at her home. She was born August 14, 1952, in Illinois, to James Edwon and Jessie Mae Pierce Palmer. She was a LPN before becoming disabled. She was a friend to anyone she met.

Survivors include her best friend and care giver, Kathy Pierce.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
