MANTACHIE - Janette Lyn Trexler Watson, 54, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, at the North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo. She was born March 7, 1969, in Texas to Ellis Harold Trexler and Patricia Vaughn Trexler Moore. She worked as a cook in the restaurant industry before becoming sick. She was an active volunteer with the Mantachie Heartwarmers Project. She enjoyed mowing her yard and working in her garden.

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 14, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Robert Ellis and Bro. Justin Haynes officiating.

Survivors include her son, William Andrew "Willie" Trexler of Mooreville; one brother, Monty Trexler (Vicki) of Mantachie; her adopted brothers, Scott and Sean Boutwell, Josh Boyd, and Rodney Minga; her adopted nieces and nephews: Anna, James, Jonathan, and Tanner Boutwell, and Anthony Upton; and a host of extended family members.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
