SALTILLO - James William "Bill" Clouse passed away Monday, July 11, 2022, at Sanctuary Hospice House just one day shy of his 58th birthday. He was born July 12, 1964, to Carrester and Lizzie Clouse. He was self-employed doing sawmilling and masonry work.

Services will be private to the family.  McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Survivors include three children, Daniel, Michael, and Maggie Clouse; one brother, David Clouse; and one sister, Jane Sartain.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Ashley Clouse; his parents, Carrester and Lizzie Clouse; and a sister-in-law, Renee Clouse.
