Eddy Ray Brown, 66, died Monday, July 6, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center after a short illness. He was born June 15, 1954, to John Kenyon and Eron Ray McCarty Brown. He was a member of the United States National Guard. He was a truck driver for much of his life. He loved Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

In accordance with the CDC guidelaines amid the pandemic, services will be private and at a later date. McNeece-Morris Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his wife, Nemesia Brown; three daughters, Melissa Brown of Saltillo, Samantha Brown of Mooreville, and Tiffany Brown of Mooreville; one brother, Charles Brown (Jannette) of Mantachie; six grandchildren, Brianna, Laken, Alex, Ethan, Ella, and Avery.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
