David A Mattox II, age 62, passed away May 13, 2026, at NMMC Hospice after a long battle with COPD.  David was born June 8, 1963, to David and Nancy Mattox of Fulton, MS.  He attended Itawamba Agricultural High School and remained in the Fulton and Tupelo areas where he owned Mr. Fix It handyman service.

Memorial services will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, May 22, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Visitation will be Friday from noon until service time at the funeral home.

He is survived by a sister, Jane Mattox Owens (Rick) of Booneville, and a son, David A (Trey) Mattox III (Lindsey) of Little Rock, and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, David A. Mattox, mother, Nancy Burks Mattox, and son, Matthew (Matt) Mattox.
